In this week’s episode I explore a concept that Andy Frisella recently talked about on his podcast Real AF, where he posed the belief that when we improve ourselves, we influence others in our immediate circle and even our communities. This influence is a form of leadership since people look at the progress we’ve made and our influence creates a ripple effect that can build toward a movement.

Also, I challenge viewers to a homework assignment that will allow you to capitalize on your own unique type of influence.
